Thai-UO - Challenge

To design website templates that supported an on-going videoconference series in partnership with the University of Oregon, the Public Affairs Office of the US Embassy in Bangkok, the Royal Thai Distance Learning Foundation, the Thai Ministry of Education, colleagues at Chulalongkorn University, and colleagues from ThaiTESOL.

Thai-UO - Background

The ThaiUO website was originally created in 2005 to support a 10-part video-conferencing series for English as a Foreign Language educators in Thailand. The project coordinator, Leslie Opp-Beckman, specifically asked Interactive Media to develop the website using Dreamweaver templates so that she could easily add and edit pages over time.

Thai-UO - Solution

Although the ThaiUO website was originally developed in 2005 to support the videoconferencing series, it continues to serve EFL programs with new and archived content. The website provides intuitive navigation to current and past courses and initiatives alongside simple yet visually stunning graphics.
